I have another series of questions for the beardie owners lol How long does the shedding process take for beardies? How can you tell when they are going into shed? Is it like the snakes where the eyes will turn opaque etc?

Also how long do you soak your beardies for when they are in shed? Or do you just mist?

The breeder we got Toka from said that she is in shed but I just don't know how to tell. She seems kind of agitated and doesn't want to stay still like Razar does. But I do not see any skin flaking or anything like that.

Thanks in advance for the help!

I really need to get my roommate on here so I don't have to keep asking questions for her lol

You can tell your beardie is shedding when they get grey patches. This is the only pic I have of Taz in shed. You can barely see but the top of her snout is grey, as they get older they only shed patches of their body but when younger the usually shed most of their bodies.

I wouldn't bother misting them or soaking them just cause they are shedding unless you notice trouble shedding. They can do it on their own just fine.
