do females go off food after ovulation?
reason i ask is my girl bertha who has been locking since late november hasnt had any interest in food this last month, ive even tried live, small, asf, nothing, she aint eating.
she weiged 1657 nov. 26th and steadily gained weight up until january 16th where she peaked at 2098. today is 38 days no food and she is down to 2015 grams.
ive been watching for ovulation but i didnt notice any one day her getting huge she just got huge, this is earlier today

and this is nov.

i guess what i wanna know is, is she on track or is something wrong here?
do females just not eat after they ovulate?

My Females go off food 1-3 months before ovulation.

ok so im close to or even maybe ovulated then right? i never saw a one day holy crap she ate a pop bottle lump in her yet but shes huge.
its just the weight loss that had me nervous, i didnt think if she were producing eggs she would drop weight

you will notice her building. At the peak of building it looks like she ate a nice big meal, If you not seen that then shes not there just yet

ok so i still have time. whats the deal with food now, do i offer less often?

once i get a female that refuses 4 times in row I stop offering till she lays

its kinda funny we were talking about all this yesterday, today i find bertha gynormous, her tail looks like my milk snakes, im pretty sure its happening right now.ill take some pics in a bit, wings game is on

i wont be going in there tonight but next time i will get overhead shots. im pretty sure that she ovulated today i seen some crazy stuff peeking in on her all day, those big stupid tanks i built did a good job today, i saw alot. at one point her tail looked like it had been run over by a car, she was all warped at another point. she is chillin now, looks like it took alot out of her.

i always read when it happens you will know, and always thought how big can they really get? well today it happened and she was huge, very cool!
