Make sure everything is closed no programs and run AVG full system scan. And heal or delete all threats.

Says the virus above is your yahoo messenger. Just still just run full system scan.

Also download and install malwarebytes and run full system on that.

well, i am running programs now, just ran malware, nothing was picked up. However, that message popped up again, and this time i clicked the remove threat as power user, and i think it removed it? i dunno, no message came up as blocked by user this time. But working on running other stuff, nothing is being picked up tho...

The virus seems harmless. Just something minor that will be taken care of.
